The MXL 990XL is a large diaphragm (32mm) version of the standard 990 microphone in a larger body/headbaskset and Diaphragm. Comes with very nice shock mount as well. (Vary hard to find because no one want to sell theirs)
Excellent sounding Mic good for recording anything. Thinning out my Mic Locker. I have G.A.S. (Gear acquisition syndrome) so I buy a lot of things on a whim but never get around to use them. :-) The Mic has been tested only and sounds great!
