This instrument bears the original label:
“John Juzek, violinmaker formerly in Prague, made in Germany”
with Juzek’s signature and trademark.
Materials & Construction:
• High-quality, uniform-grained spruce top with ideal grain spacing
• Well-flamed, fully seasoned maple back and ribs
• Figured maple neck and scroll
The bass is made from quality tonewoods typical of desirable Juzek instruments and produces a warm, full sound suitable for orchestral or jazz playing.
