I have decided to downsize my main motorcycle to a mid-size adventure bike, as that seems to be more of the riding I get to do, and want to do. This bike has been amazing during the time I have owned it. This bike is quite powerful and smooth. It has BMW factory cruise control, ABS, traction control, 3 engine modes and 2 suspension modes, heated grips, hard luggage side cases and BMW soft top bag, quick shifter, and a Sargent tall seat. During the time I have owned the bike I have tried several different wind screens, with a WRS touring screen currently installed (bike comes with all 3 and a small carbon fiber flyscreen). The bike has a BrenTune (BTMoto) stage 2 tune installed on it, with their designed velocity stacks installed in the air intake with a k&n air filter. The bike has SW Motech engine protection bars installed, with PIAA auxiliary lights. Also recently added Wunderlich navigation screen adjustable mount.
Maintenance during my time with the bike has been, replacing the quick shifter module when I first bought the bike, replaced had grips, oil changes, front fork seals replaced in 2025 by MotoOne in Nampa, and tires changed to Michelin Road 6 front and rear. Installed LED hi/lo beam headlight.
Include items are shown in pictures include the Garmin Navi VI unit, BTMoto tuner device, Hex GS-911 code reader device, stock muffler and shorty "muffler" exhaust tip.
The only issue with the bike is related to the BMW Garmin navigation screen (not shown in pictures). I thought that the navigation unit had a touch screen issue, but it may in fact be the handlebar BMW rotary controller.
Feel free to send any questions my way.
