This is an original 1965 Harley XLCH Sportster chopper, built back in the day.
In Harley speak, XLCH breaks down into XL (sportster) and CH (competition hot), meaning it was the stripped down, high performance model. All XLCHs are kickstart only, no starter button here.
Early sportsters such as this one have the rear brake pedal on the left side and gear shift on the right.
It has a nice king & queen seat with a backrest, ape hanger bars and a new fuel tank.
It is currently a project and does not run. I have not ridden it. It will kick over and tries to run with starting fluid. The tank is mocked in place and needs fabrication to get the rear bolt in place. It also needs a fuel valve and some line to connect it to the carb. It needs either forward or mid controls, it currently has neither. When I purchased it, I was told it could use a new clutch as well.
No odometer or any other gauges. It's not a motorcycle, baby, it's a chopper.
The price is $4500. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
