Wall logs come precut to length for door and window openings. Log Trusses come preassembled. The log ridge beam over the great room comes pitch cut to receive the roofing materials. Log purlins are flattened on one side to receive roofing materials. All logs are premium-grade house logs (not cabin-grade). We are a TPI grade stamp facility, so all of our logs meet or exceed TPI grade stamping standards.
These logs are available in either the 9" Swedish Cope stack or the 9" Round Log Tongue and Groove Stack.

All of our designs are done in-house. There is no upcharge for modifying the floor plans. The only cost difference is if the final plan requires more or fewer logs. Then the price is adjusted accordingly.
