YARD WORK & PROPERTY CLEANUP – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WANTED (Nampa)

I'm looking for a dependable, experienced independent contractor to assist with general outdoor property maintenance. This may become ongoing work for the right person.
Typical work includes
* Pulling weeds
* Hoeing and cultivating garden beds
* Rototilling
* General yard and property cleanup
* Replacing or adjusting sprinkler heads and performing minor irrigation repairs
* Trimming and pruning as needed
* Hauling away debris (if capable)
* Other miscellaneous outdoor maintenance projects
Requirements:
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must provide your own tools, equipment, safety gear, and reliable transportation.
* Must have experience with general yard maintenance and basic irrigation repairs.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
* A background check may be required for the selected contractor.
* Must maintain a safe work environment and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Independent Contractor Position
This is an independent contractor opportunity only. This is not an employee position. You will control the manner and means of performing the work and will be responsible for:
* Your own taxes and tax reporting
* Your own liability, health, and workers' compensation insurance (if applicable)
* Your own business licenses, permits, and operating expenses
* Providing all tools, equipment, fuel, and supplies necessary to complete the work
