We're hiring a seasoned contract tree climber for a one-off removal job. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, and pay reflects experience.
This is NOT entry-level work. We need someone who can show up, assess the job, and execute safely with minimal direction.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of professional tree climbing experience
Proven track record with technical removals, tight spaces, structures, and obstacles
Strong with advanced rigging and technical climbing techniques
Your own climbing gear (saddle, ropes) and saw
Valid driver's license
Proof of insurance / liability coverage (required — you're a 1099 contractor)
ISA Certified Arborist a strong plus

A single one-off removal, full scope, site details, and date discussed on contact
Location / service area: Meridian, ID
1099 contract: you're responsible for your own taxes and insurance
Compensation based on experience, top pay for the right climber
