Looking for a skilled, experienced tradesman to help complete a range of projects on a high-quality residential property.
Rate of pay: $25/hr
Scope includes:
Finish carpentry (trim, doors, detail work)
Painting and staining
Drywall repair and finishing
Cabinet finish repair and adjustments
General punch-list and project work
Requirements:
Proven experience across multiple trades (not a specialist-only role)
High attention to detail — this is finish-level work, not rough-in
RELIABLE, efficient, and able to work independently
Own tools and transportation
What matters:
Quality of work, professionalism, and the ability to get things done quickly and well without constant oversight.
