Roughly 80 hours of work needed in the first two weeks of April this gig can expand into more work over months or just be a short term intense gig.
Do not expect a quick response, I am traveling this week and next hoping to respond on Wednesday the 25th. Also just to save you time, if your inquiry doesn't answer the question why might you and I working together be a good fit I am unlikely to reply.
We are hiring one person but it could be any of the following:
Painters helper, $20/hour
Painter able to work independently with daily consultation $25/hour -- you are not expected to provide tools you will need your own vehicle, you will be expected to have completed exterior painting jobs in the past on your own.
Lead Painter, able to look at a job predict the time needed and materials needed and create a plan to get it done. Let me know what equipment and tools you will provide and what hourly wage you would like, if you are a private company looking to bid the job please don't reply we have some great painting contractors that we are already working with and we're looking to integrate a new person into our team at an hourly rate.
If you do not live in Boise this job can come with a low cost ($20/night) private room to sleep in and a place to shower and cook.
If you live somewhere else and are looking for a place to live in Boise and work to do while you are here either for a short period like a month or at a set schedule (like one week a month) let me know what you are hoping to find and perhaps we can find a win win situation.
