This is a 1099 position.
This can be a true gig --with only a day or two of work-- or it can become a long lasting 1099 position.
I need someone to do 4 hours of work on ideally between now and the afternoon of Monday July 13th.
Later there will be landscaping, painting and property maintenance and repair work.
Must have valid drivers license and no DUIs and may be required to pass a background check as some of the maintenance work is at a daycare.
This first job is just South West of down town near 14th and River. Other Work sites are all located within 4 miles of downtown Boise. You will need your own transportation
Only paying 15/hour for this project. More later is possible DOE. This is a 1099 position

If you like to get projects done on your own at a time that fits your schedule we could end of working together for a long time. I have a number of rental real estate properties that need more work than my fulltime guys can get done, if you don't mind doing grunt work when that is what we have and more interesting work when we have that please reach out.
This first project is digging a hole, and then doing so weeding. If you have more skills than needed for this project and need to be paid more than
$15/hour down the road, but willint to work a day or two at $15 to show me your ability to get things done please reply.
