As a key member of our team, you’ll take ownership of irrigation systems across multiple commercial properties:
Lead seasonal irrigation operations including spring startups, mid-season inspections, and fall winterizations to ensure systems run efficiently year-round
Program and fine-tune irrigation controllers to match weather conditions, plant needs, and site requirements—helping conserve water while maintaining healthy landscapes
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as leaks, pressure problems, electrical faults, and valve failures, including work on both conventional and 2-wire systems
Perform hands-on repairs and system upgrades, from replacing heads and valves to addressing wiring and controller issues
Conduct proactive system checks to identify potential problems before they become costly repairs
Document your work clearly, including time, materials, and service notes, ensuring accurate reporting and communication with the team
Collaborate with field and account managers to deliver top-tier service and meet client expectations
Operate independently in the field using a company-provided vehicle, managing your route and daily workload
Support winter operations, including snow removal and de-icing to keep properties safe and accessible
Participate in on-call rotations to handle urgent irrigation needs when they arise
Experience with irrigation systems (2-wire experience strongly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license
$25–$32/hour depending on experience
