Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver to operate combination dump truck equipment (including dump + trailer or pup configurations) on construction and roadway projects throughout Idaho. This role requires compliance with Idaho CDL regulations, DOT safety standards, and company policies while transporting materials such as aggregate, asphalt, dirt, and demolition debris. Pay DOE.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles, including combination dump truck equipment, in compliance with Idaho and federal DOT regulations
• Transport construction materials to and from job sites and disposal locations
• Conduct required pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per FMCSA and ITD standards
• Properly secure, evenly distribute, and dump loads while adhering to Idaho weight limits
• Complete driver logs, time cards, and delivery tickets accurately
• Follow all traffic laws, job site safety rules, and company safety policies
• Communicate with, supervisors, and equipment operators
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and report mechanical or safety issues immediately
• Assist with light labor duties as needed at job sites

Required Qualifications
• Valid Idaho Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per company and insurance standards, no SR-22
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
• Knowledge of safe operation on construction sites, highways, and rural roads
• Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, and occasional weekends
• Physically capable of climbing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in all Idaho weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience operating: dump + pup combinations
• Construction, roadwork, or aggregate hauling experience
• Intrastate Idaho driving experience
