Local construction company looking for an experienced framer/deck builder to join our crew. We specialize in custom decks, pergolas, patio covers, and residential framing projects.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Experience with framing and deck construction
* Ability to read plans and layout projects
* Knowledge of Trex/composite decking installation is a plus
* Comfortable using power tools and working outdoors
* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work efficiently with a crew
**Duties Include:**
* Building decks, pergolas, patio covers, and framing structures
* Installing joists, beams, posts, railings, and decking
* Site prep and material handling
* Maintaining clean and safe job sites
**Pay:**
* DOE (Depends on Experience)

**Preferred:**
* Valid driver’s license
* Basic hand tools
* Construction experience in residential projects
