Seeking an experienced, independent residential housekeeper for weekly home cleaning in Eagle. It's a 1,600 sq ft home, 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, generally tidy household.
This is an independent contractor position. Weekly service expected to average 4–5 hours. You invoice for hours worked. Pay is $25/hour. I value thorough, consistent work over rushing.
Scope includes:
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Floors, dusting, general upkeep
Laundry (wash, dry, fold)
Dishes and kitchen reset
Occasional light organizing
Work to occur during daytime weekday hours; exact day/time mutually agreed upon.
Looking for someone established with multiple current clients, comfortable working independently, detail-oriented, discreet, and reliable.
