We're looking for a motivated framing apprentice to join our crew! If you have a strong work ethic, show up on time, and are eager to learn the trade, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting our lead framer on residential framing projects
- Hauling lumber and materials
- Lifting and moving sheets of plywood
- Keeping the job site organized and helping wherever needed
- Learning the skills needed to become a skilled framer
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting
- Must know how to read a tape measure
- Experience using basic construction tools is a plus, but we're willing to teach the right person
Pay & Position:
- Starts as a 1099 contractor position, with the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee for the right person
- Starting pay is $150 per full day or $75 for 4 hours or less
