We are seeking a P/T dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. Pay DOE. Hours vary M-F with flexible hours depending on weather and customer schedules. 5-25 hours per week with potential for more hours if you are the right fit. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and residential window cleaning, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. This role involves working at various heights and utilizing equipment such as scissor lifts to ensure windows are cleaned to perfection. Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of windows in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring clarity and shine.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Inspect windows for damage or issues that may require additional attention or repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in in window cleaning preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
