Shop Assistant – Shipping & Shop Organization (Boise)

The Role
We need a reliable Shop Assistant to help keep our shipping operation and shop running smoothly through the end of September. This is an immediate hire — we're ready to bring someone on right away.
What You'll Do
● Build and assemble pallets for outgoing shipments
● Assist with daily shipping — staging, packing, and loading product
● Keep the shop organized: tools, materials, and workstations in their place
● Facility clean-up and general maintenance
Schedule
● Monday – Friday only. No weekends, no exceptions.
● Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
● Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
● Short-term seasonal role: now through the end of September, no exceptions
Pay
$18.00 – $20.00 / hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
● Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active on your feet all shift
● Reliable transportation and a track record of consistent attendance
● Comfortable with repetitive, physical work in a fast-paced shop
