Position Overview
As a Senior Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, leading moving crews, transporting customer belongings, and handling out-of-state shipments when required. This role combines professional driving with hands-on moving, packing, and customer service responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles and transport customer belongings.
Complete out-of-state deliveries and relocations as needed.
Lead and assist moving crews during residential and commercial moves.
Pack, load, unload, and protect customer items.
Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery documentation.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
Assist with warehouse operations when needed.
Help supervise crews and support dispatching operations as you grow within the company.
Qualifications
Required:
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to pass a drug screening.
Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 70+ pounds.
Willingness to travel out of state when required.
Preferred:
Professional driving experience.
Moving industry experience.
Packing experience.
Experience with dispatching, crew supervision, or warehouse operations.
Leadership skills and a desire to advance within the company.
