Night Owl Janitorial is looking for a dedicated and reliable Janitorial Manager to join our team! We are a premium cleaning company serving businesses in Idaho since 1995. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, janitorial experience, and a commitment to quality service.

Position Overview

As a Janitorial Manager, you will be responsible for managing six accounts while personally handling cleaning duties at one assigned location. You will oversee, train, and support team members, ensuring all buildings meet our high cleaning standards. When a team member calls out, it will be your responsibility to cover the shift or coordinate a trained replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations at six assigned accounts and manage team members.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all buildings meet company standards.
• Train and develop employees, ensuring they understand company policies and cleaning procedures.
• Serve as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and expectations.
• Step in to cover shifts when necessary or find a trained replacement.
• Communicate with staff, clients, and upper management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience (with a verifiable reference).
• Previous janitorial, cleaning, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Reliable and committed to company vision and standards.
• Must be available for 20-40 hours per week.
