I offer non-clinical emotional support and reflective conversation for people who want a compassionate listener and a thoughtful third-person perspective. These sessions are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment — they are structured, confidential conversations designed to help you feel heard, clarify your thoughts, and gain perspective.
Think of it as talking with an emotionally attuned, grounded person who listens carefully and helps you reflect, without diagnosis, treatment, or pressure to “fix” anything.
People often come to these sessions to:
• Feel less alone
• Talk through life decisions
• Process everyday stress or confusion
• Gain perspective on relationships or work situations
• Sort out thoughts out loud
• Be listened to without judgment or agenda
You do not need to have a “problem” to come, just a desire to talk and be heard.
These sessions are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. I am not acting as a licensed mental health professional, and I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological care.

What Sessions Are Like
• 30 or 45 minutes
• One-on-one via Zoom
• Confidential and judgment-free
• I listen, reflect, ask clarifying questions, and offer perspective when helpful
• Gently connecting with emotions before talking them through (via guided meditation)
There is no diagnosis, treatment plan, or pressure to reach conclusions.
Pricing
• 25 minutes — $30
• 45 minutes — $50
Boundaries & Ethics
• I do not provide crisis support or emergency services
• I may suggest professional resources if appropriate
• I reserve the right to pause or end a session if it moves beyond my scope
• This service is meant to complement (not replace) professional care

My name is Kat and I am a woman in my early 30s who values depth, curiosity, and emotional presence. I believe many people do not need fixing, they need to be heard, reflected, and met with care. This offering grew out of a belief that meaningful conversation itself can be clarifying.
