1. 1983 Michael Scott Kent Ink/Watercolor The Stevens Mansion, Tustin, CA - This is an ink and hand-painted watercolor titled in pencil "The Stevens Mansion, Tustin, California, Michael Scott Kent" and dated 1983. This is a famous Queen Anne cottage home built in 1887 of redwood by Sherman Stevens, a partner in the San Joaquin Fruit Co., for his bride, Martha Snow. Architects were Costerigan and Merithew. This home is located at 228 Main St., Tustin, California. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. Picture is roughly 14" x 18" and frame is 19.5" x 23.5".
2. 1984 Michael Scott Kent Ink/Watercolor Howe-Waffle House Santa Ana, CA - This is an ink and hand-painted watercolor titled in pencil "The Waffle Mansion, Santa Ana, California, Michael Scott Kent" and dated 1984. This is a famous Queen Anne home built in 1889 by Dr. Willella Howe-Waffle, one of the first female physicians in Orange County, California. It now sits at the corner of Civic Center and Sycamore. Picture is roughly 14" x 18" and frame is 19.5" x 23.5". Much better in person than what my pictures show.
3. 1985 Michael Scott Kent Ink/Watercolor The Morey Mansion, Redlands, CA - This is an ink and hand-painted watercolor titled in pencil "The Morey Mansion, Redlands, California, Michael Scott Kent" and dated 1985. This is a famous Queen Anne home built in 1890 for $20,000 by David and Sarah Morey, citrus growers. It was owned by Helen Cheney Kimberly, wife of one of the founders of Kimberly-Clark Corp and also by Carole Lombard, actress. It was the featured house in the movie Talk About a Stranger (1952).Picture is roughly 14" x 18" and frame is 19.5" x 23.5".
