My daughter and I are looking for a home (house) to rent that will take us with an eviction. The eviction is because I had dogs extra dogs visiting that weren't mine and someone in my neighborhood called the actual owners and property management company resulting in a surprise inspection which resulted in eviction. The dogs very rarely bark as it is and never bothered anyone. I have only 20 days to find a new place and want to bring my adult daughter with me. The eviction is not justified in my opinion but I just dont have the means to fight it. Our price range is $1700 or less, and I could pay 1 year up front if needed as we are both recently unemployed. We are wanting a 2 bedroom and at least 1 bathroom with washer dryer hook ups and an enclosed or fenced yard. All 3 dogs are ESA dogs and free parking is necessary.
