I have several cross bred, holstein or full angus steers up for butcher. No antibiotics, no hormones. Fed a Total Mixed Ration of alfalfa hay, ground corn, ground barley, and corn silage. Prices are $3.75/lb on the hanging weight for holsteins, $4.25\lb holstein angus crosses and $5\lb for full angus steers. You pay butcher fees and kill fees, typically around $1.00/lb.
