Flashy white/grey grade gelding-sell/trade - $2,500 (CALDWELL)

I have a flashy white/grey grade gelding. He is 13.2/13.3hh. Was told he is 4/5 but I think he's older.
He is rideable, but he does buck. He gets nervous. We got him for our 9 year old, but the lady was not very forth coming with us about his buck. She told us he "crop hops". My 9 year old is still a new rider and on the smaller side. She can't control him to a circle like an experienced person could.
Other than the buck. He is wary of new people, but once he warms up to you, he is an absolute sweetheart! He has never offered to bite or kick. My daughter can lead him around for days and love on him. I have videos but it won't let me add them.
Unfortunately, we are at the end of what we can do to help him. We do not have the funds to sent him to a trainer nor the knowledge to train him ourselves. Otherwise we would keep him and do so.
Looking to sell or trade for a horse my daughter can actually ride. Not looking for anything lame.
