Moon is a paint gelding. We bought him a few years ago. We were told he was about 13, that was definitely a lie. He is an older horse, in his late teens.
Moon is a great horse! He has been used as a trail horse, he has moved cows, sorted cows, and been used as a pack horse. He has no spook at all. He is extremely mellow. He is easy to catch (most of the time). He stands to be saddled.
He can be rode double or bareback. He has more woah than go, but he will get up and go when he's asked. He has a VERY smooth trot. Kids have rode him while being led/ponied.
Moon has soft feet, so he has shoes on the majority of the time. Not very many negatives about him other then he may get buddy sour at times.
