I have 4 steers headed to the processor on July 15.
They are 1/2 Wagyu.
These boys have been raised with minimal stress, a lot of respect and a bit of humor. Raised on desert dry land grass as calves, then alfalfa, triticale hay for the remainder and a steer finisher blend for 6+ months. Slow gained for maximum growth and beautiful marbling.
No antibiotics, no added hormones, no feedlot fatteners.
Previous carcasses have averaged 650-725 pounds hanging weight.
Whole carcass $6.25/pound
Half carcass $6.50/pound
Quarter carcass $7.00/pound
INCLUDES BUTCHER FEES
I require $400 deposit on whole carcass, $200 deposit on half and $150 deposit on quarter.
You choose your cuts and package size when the butcher calls you for instructions.
This will average out to about $10-$11/pound of packaged high quality beef from a single animal in your freezer. From Burger to steaks.
Text me with any questions or leave a voice message. My cell service is sketchy.
** I have not raised my prices in over 2 years. However, With the drought and the rising cost of hay etc. I can't guarantee this price on my next round. That being said if you want to lock in this price now but want to wait until my November date for beef, a deposit will do just that.
