This is a very comfortable 2014 Thomasville armchair that we just bought second-hand. There were two and we found we could only fit one in our space. The previous owner said that it was kept in their guest room so it had minimal use in a non-smoking, pet free house. The chair's arms are a little discolored, but it is a very well-built chair worth the cost of cleaning. Here's the old-fashioned reading chair / fireside friend you've been looking for. You pick up. No delivery. Cash or Venmo only.

Notes: 1) We do have a dog, but will keep the chair in the back room until sold. 2) I listed this on Facebook but then got locked out of my account, so please contact me via Craigslist.
