This is an ink and hand-painted watercolor titled in pencil "The Morey Mansion, Redlands, California, Michael Scott Kent" and dated 1985. This is a famous Queen Anne home built in 1890 for $20,000 by David and Sarah Morey, citrus growers. It was owned by Helen Cheney Kimberly, wife of one of the founders of Kimberly-Clark Corp and also by Carole Lombard, actress. It was the featured house in the movie Talk About a Stranger (1952).
Picture is roughly 14" x 18" and frame is 19.5" x 23.5". Much better in person than what my pictures show.
I do have 2 others of well-known historical houses from other areas of California by the same artist in the same style of frames
