This is an ink and hand-painted watercolor titled in pencil "The Waffle Mansion, Santa Ana, California, Michael Scott Kent" and dated 1984. This is a famous Queen Anne home built in 1889 by Dr. Willella Howe-Waffle, one of the first female physicians in Orange County, California. It now sits at the corner of Civic Center and Sycamore. Picture is roughly 14" x 18" and frame is 19.5" x 23.5". Much better in person than what my pictures show.
