This is an ink and hand-painted watercolor titled in pencil "The Stevens Mansion, Tustin, California, Michael Scott Kent" and dated 1983. This is a famous Queen Anne cottage home built in 1887 of redwood by Sherman Stevens, a partner in the San Joaquin Fruit Co., for his bride, Martha Snow. Architects were Costerigan and Merithew. This home is located at 228 Main St., Tustin, California. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. Picture is roughly 14" x 18" and frame is 19.5" x 23.5". Much better in person than what my pictures show.
