Vintage 1960s General Electric TPM322Y Model 2 Panel‑Base Assembly. This is the metal base assembly that breakers mount to inside older GE load centers. UL‑listed Class NU, Plainville, Connecticut (Plant 7).
Panel‑Base Assembly is a component of a vintage GE electrical load‑center system. It is the mounting base inside the breaker panel that the breakers attach to. It is the structural and mounting foundation that supports the breaker hardware.
The unit was removed from a functioning panel during a routine 2025 service renewal. It was in continuous residential use since approx 1963 to 10-2025 with no functional problems or concerns. It shows normal age‑related wear but remains structurally solid. See pics for details…
