Eagle 1 EPDM Rooftop Boot Flashing – Standard Zipper #4 (Adjustable)
The Eagle 1 EPDM retrofit roof boot flashing with a Standard Zipper design, Size #4, is made for sealing around existing vent pipes without removing the pipe or disturbing the roof system. The flexible EPDM cone features stepped rings that can be trimmed to fit a range of pipe diameters, while the zippered seam allows the boot to wrap around the pipe and close securely for a watertight seal.
The boot is mounted to a square aluminum base that conforms to most roof surfaces, including corrugated metal, shingle, and membrane roofs. EPDM construction provides excellent resistance to UV, ozone, temperature swings, and long‑term weather exposure.
Eagle 1 provides high-quality Pipe Boot Flashings. Black EPDM Pipe Boot Flashing are rated for temperatures -58F to +239F.

The items is a new, unused & undamaged surplus from a 2025 roofing project. Please note that the boot was cut along the zipper line in prep for installation, but was never used. All zipper parts & user's booklet are present & included. It's condition, the pre-cut zipper aside, is essentially brand new, excellent & ready for installation.
