We are selling this and installing two new recliners. This is a new couch.No scratches no tears no rips in perfect condition.
It is currently covered with blankets, so it doesn’t get damaged.
This would also work for a residential environment as well. The couch splits into two for easy moving.
It has two large storage cubbies under the main parts of the couch as well in the corner a small cubby for storage.
It’s very comfortable and new condition.
