Boise digital marketing agency is hiring one part-time Sales Assistant to set appointments with local Treasure Valley business owners. Phone calls, LinkedIn messages, and occasional in-person drop-in visits to local businesses. You set the meetings. The agency principal handles the close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make outbound calls and send LinkedIn messages to local Boise-area businesses in HVAC, dental, plumbing, roofing, law, and home services. Book qualified meetings on the principal's calendar. Update a simple CRM after each call. Drop by a handful of local businesses each week to introduce the agency in person.
WHAT WE PAY
$20 per hour base. $50 bonus for every qualified meeting that actually holds. $200 bonus when a meeting converts to a paying client. Productive performers earn $2,800 to $3,800 per month working 25 hours a week. No commission cap.
WHAT WE OFFER
Flexible schedule, you pick hours between 8am and 5pm weekdays. In-person training every week from a 20+ year marketing pro. Real office at the DiVinci coworking space at 999 W Main Street in downtown Boise. Quiet phone rooms, fast wifi, good coffee, free parking, and a small team where you'll know everyone by name.
NO PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED if you're outgoing, organized, reliable, and willing to learn. We train in person at the office. The right attitude beats the right resume every time.
