This is a very nice RH Labs SPX-3 subwoofer. From what I could find online it appears RH Labs was one of the first companies to manufacture stand alone subwoofers for home systems. This one measures 37" wide x 21" deep and 21" tall standing. It uses a single bottom facing subwoofer and a passive crossover network with multiple adjustments. It works well and would be a great addition to any home stereo set up with the space. Some of the veneer is chipped in places as shown and the back corner piece is missing a veneer strip as shown.
