DSC is a Residential Remodeler and Builder. We focus on design build projects where provide the service of 3D modeling the space, drawing plans, and project management for remodels, additions and custom new construction.
We are seeking to hire a Project Coordinator for our growing company.
Responsibilities include assisting Project Manager with plan and design development and drawing in AutoCAD based software (Sketchup), 3D animations for customer pitch, 2D plan development for sub-contractors estimates and permits, filing for permits through various city portals, plan review, inspections, project estimating, project budgets and timelines, lead times, take offs, sub-contractor and internal labor material management, determine labor and skills needed for projects, updating schedule items, establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors.
Skills needed: Strong background in Microsoft Office software, ideally familiar with Sketchup, Layout, AutoCAD and rendering software. Not necessary but preferred, training will be provided to teach or strengthen skills. Ability to work with engineers, architects, and other professionals. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering or like preferred. Strong history in residential Project Management may be considered.
