1963 Ford Galaxie "2 door sedan"
If this ad is up, the car is available.

Original 289 V8 with new aluminum Ford 4v intake manifold, rebuilt factory Ford Holley 600cfm carb, Pertronix electronic ignition distributor and coil, new water pump & heater core. Starts easy, runs fantastic.

Aluminum radiator and electric fan keep it running cool.

Original FMX small case automatic tranny still working great.

Wilwood front disc brake conversion with dual reservoir master cylinder and adjustable proportioning valve. New rear brakes.

Front suspension completely rebuilt and lower control arm eccentric bolts replaced with straight ones. Steering linkage all new.

New wheels and tires. New reproduction trunk mat. Body, frame and floors are solid and rust free.

Per a previous owner, paint was done by Earl Scheib in 1995 and seats were recovered in 2006.

The only negatives:
No power steering - sucks in parking lots but is fine on the road.
No radio (but that is easily resolved).

I love this car, and love driving it. I am only selling it because I bought it in order to save it from the car cocoon it had been in for 8 years and the wife says I can’t keep it. Something about “11 cars is too many” blah blah.

Much of the revival of this car has been documented at https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoat67
