Restored Studebaker Champ

This classic Studebaker Champ was restored in the late 90s or early 2000s. My father purchased it around 2007 with the intent to fix the brakes. There was some plan to swap in an S10 axle under the rear. Although the axle swap never happened, the Chevy S10 axle is available. Supposedly the S10 axle has the same track width as the stock axle. The vehicle needs a complete brake job; it currently does not stop, and one brake locks up. However, we can provide a demonstration of the engine running and moving the truck back and forth in the driveway, assuming the locked brake isn't fighting us.

Key Features:

Engine: Runs great and pulls hard. It will break the rear tire loose on asphalt despite the dragging brake. The engine was rebuilt during its restoration.

Condition: Stored indoors for roughly 16 years, maintaining excellent paint and interior. The truck is complete and would make an excellent near-turnkey classic with just a minor project to address the brakes. Would be a great opportunity to do a disc brake conversion. Has been converted to 12 volts.

Absolutely no trades. I'm a 40 minute drive away from where the truck sits, so any specific requests for information may take a while to fulfill. I probably can't answer very specific questions about this year/model as Studebakers aren't my thing. I can answer some questions about it's history. Most most everything I know is listed in the ad.
