I am a local independent technician (Quality Tech by Joe) providing professional hardware upgrades with transparent, flat-rate labor pricing.
What I Work On:
Modern PCs (2015-Present): I make them run faster than new with SSDs and RAM upgrades.
Older "Obsolete" Computers: Have an old Windows 7 or Vista laptop gathering dust? I can revive these by installing a fast SSD and a lightweight Linux operating system. This combination makes them surprisingly fast, safe, and perfect for web browsing again.
My Services (Labor Only):
SSD Power Up ($80) I replace your slow mechanical hard drive with a modern solid-state drive.
Includes a clean install of Windows 11, Linux Mint, or Dual Boot (your choice!).
Result: Boot times drop from minutes to seconds.
RAM Boost ($40) I install extra memory to stop freezing and lagging when you have too many tabs open.
Deep Cleaning ($45) Full internal dust removal using high-speed air and detailing brushes. Keeps your PC cool and quiet.
The "Total Refresh" ($100) includes both the SSD Upgrade and RAM Boost services. (Best Value)
The "Ultimate Restoration" ($135) The full overhaul. SSD, RAM, deep cleaning, and a new CMOS battery to fix date/time errors.
How It Works:
Transparency: You pay for the parts directly (Amazon/Best Buy/Walmart). I send you the links to the exact items you need so you never pay a markup.
Safety: I conduct all pickups and drop-offs at the Ontario or Caldwell Walmart parking lot for a safe, convenient, and public hand-off.
Speed: Turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours.
