One of the Nicest Late 1960's Velvet Fairy Blacklight Posters with Frame Under Glass 20.5 x 24.5 by Starline, Inc. It is one of those old velvet posters that you color in with special markers and I believe it lights up under blacklight. I don't have a blacklight to see. Starline made these kind of blacklight posters back in the late 1960's to 1970's. It looks much nicer in person than my pictures and will look great on the wall. The colors are more vivid than my pictures. I like the vine's greens against the pinks, but they don't show well in these pictures. Must see!! The frame measures 20.5" wide by 24.5" tall.
