The jacket is believed to have been brand new circa mid-late 2000s (Gottschalk's closed in 2009) & was worn until around 2012. It has been in home-closet storage on a hanger since then...
Though the fabric shows its' experience (see photos & close-ups) the lining is in excellent condition & the fabric still has its' firm crispness & color. There is no damage (tears, missing seams, major stains, etc) to the jacket & it surely has much life left ahead for work, casual & formal occasions

Though the fabric shows its' experience it still has its' style & good quality all around. The front flap pockets are still factory-stitched closed & have never been used. The lining is intact & its' seams strong, except for a small tear in the seam of the inside left breast pocket & a chipped front button as shown in pics , there is no major damage (tears, fraying seams, major stains, etc) to the jacket & it surely has much life left ahead for work, casual & formal occasions. A skilled seamster could easily repair & renew it's minor flaws.
