This is a private small two bedroom apartment attached to our home for Northwest Linemen College students and is available April 3rd . We converted the upstairs of the home to an apartment that has two identical bedrooms, Livingroom, full bath and a kitchenette. Rooms to be rented to Lineman Students Only. Apt is NOT owner occupied, you will have one roommate that is a Lineman Student. Kitchenette does not have a stove but you will have everything you need to cook with i.e. Air fryer, microwave, hotplate etc... My daughter and son in-law manage the property and reside on the lower level, however both living quarters are completely separate and private. We are 3 miles from NLC. My husband is a lineman for over 20 years and is available to give you pointers if desired. There is a partially refundable cleaning/holding deposit of $500.00. The apartment is fully furnished to include Flat Screen, Wi-Fi., linens and cookware. All you need are your cloths and personal items. All utilities are included in the $700.00/mo. No laundry on site but several Laundromats close by. There is no smoking in the apartment, no drug use on the property. SEX OFFENDERS NEED NOT APPLY!!!
