RV Space available for rent on a month to month basis. We are a small RV park located outside of Marsing, there are no amenities (no laundry, bathrooms or showers).
Rent is $600.00 per month and is based on two-person occupancy, more than two people could be higher rate. A refundable $100.00 move-in deposit is required.
Maximum pets per unit is two (2) and a pet deposit maybe required.
Included in monthly rent is the space, water, sewer, trash and electricity. Tenant MUST heat with propane AND provide their own propane.
Preferrered year of RV is 2000 or newer, but each will be considered on a case by case basis.

Applications must be picked up in-person and there is a $20. applcation fee for each person over 18.
