Pet Policy

Silver Bay Apartments is a pet friendly community and welcomes up to 2 pets per home. For each animal there is a $150 non-refundable fee, $300 additional security deposit per pet and $25 pet rent monthly per pet. You animal will enjoy long walks on the Greenbelt, to local parks and jumping into the beautiful Silver Lake on a hot day! We also love visits from our furry friends in the Leasing office as often as possible!
