All high-end houses and good CCRs keep property values high in this subWhat we want: House (no manufactured please) on a minimum of 3+ acres. We would like at least 1600 square feet, prefer built within the last 25 years, barns/sheds and outbuilding are nice but not a deal breaker, some type of pasture is needed that would support livestock. Needs to be within a reasonable commute to downtown Boise and we are not looking for a fixer-upper. Need at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
