I am a professional female looking to share a house or apt/condo soon,I am easy to get along with, I am quiet and clean I do not prefer loud parties in the house. No pets, non-smoker, clean and organized,also pays bills when due and would prefer the same in a potential roommate.
I am looking for an apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood,apart from rent,i am willing to negotiable additional amount if it includes all utilities,in a roommate situation,I would prefer to room with a professional or any cool person

For Roommates-I prefer someone who is responsible and respectful too, and someone who of course will be able to pay their share of the rent/utilities on time,I also pay my bills on time,I have a reliable source of income,I eat healthy and don't have any strange restrictions.
