Professional woman needs a house with space for 2-3 horses, 2 dogs, and a cat. If you need to rent out a small house with 1 or more acres, I may be the tenant for you. I am a clean, hard working woman who will take great care of your place. I will consider renting a room from a pet friendly roommate or looking at a house where I can get a roommate, as long as the rent is $950 or less. I am also willing and able to do some light work around the place, such as painting and yard care, in exchange for partial rent.
