51 year old man with a pleasant, humorous, helpful and fun disposition wants a large room in a nicely kept home, inside and out. I pay consistantly on the 4th of every month. I am tidy and always clean up after myself so I want a place where the people are the same. I have a lot of my own furniture and it would be nice to have somewhere to use it or store it. I super enjoy helping out, so if you are a gracious receiver, I'd like to help. I'm a skilled interior woodworker and handyman by trade. If you need picky work done, I'm your guy.
I don't want to be involved in any drama because I 've had too much already and I would rather just work things out, if you are willing to do the same.
I have one fixed declawed female cat that likes everyone she's met so far. She is even okay around large or small dogs, if they're nice. I clean up all her messes, which are almost non-existant.
This would be in a home you own yourself and have long term plans of staying in. Married couples or single men only, no live-ins, please. You also need to be a responsible person that is up-to-date on your mortgage and have the means to stay current. I have had to move three times since Sept. because people don't live up to their agreements and keep trying to change things, so I'm understandably tired and looking for stability.
I might be willing to go $450, for the right place. Make me an offer.
