We are currently looking for a male roommate between the ages of 27-40yrs old to fill a room in our house. The room is available now. The room is smaller and has lower ceilings. The room also contains a small closet and we also have closet space downstairs and front room area for things you may need to store or whatnot. This room is also up a small flight of stairs so this does make your room somewhat set away from everyone and allows for a bit more privacy. Since the room is upstairs it is not connected to the heat vent system so ideally you would want to have a small space heater or leave your door open to let the heat rise up (the first choice seems like it would work better.) So, to sum the room up, if you are ok with a smaller room as well as with the other info included above then great!

The utilities are not bad. Water, Electric, Gas, and Trash/Sewer are split among the roommates. For example... the November bills came in and I will have to pay 15 for water and 35 for electric. The Gas and Electric are every month, the water bill is every other month and is usually never too bad... running roughly about 15 or so every two months and the trash and sewer is every few months and I believe it runs around 22 bucks.

We are a quick walk from Rite Aid on 16th/State, Albertsons, and The Youth Ranch on 15th/Main St. The house does have street parking as well as a parking area in the back of the house. The house itself is set up with a front room that makes a great hangout in the spring/summer nights/ and in the fall. We have a community living room, a sort of dining room :) (no table in it right now), a decent sized kitchen, a back room with a washer and dryer, and a big bathroom.

The house is kept pretty clean but it is definitely not fancy. The atmosphere is fairly relaxed. We do have a tv - which is hooking up to a converter box for basic cable. We do not have an internet setup here. I would suggest getting a setup for yourself if you want one or the roommates would definitely be willing to split costs.

Presently we have 4 people living here so you would be #5. We are all pretty easy going... me(female) and my boyfriend have lived here for two years and the other two roommates are male- one of which has been here for over ten years and is the primary roommate. With this in mind we offer a stable environment with no issues of evictions or such. Often we sit around and hang with one another late in the evenings. Me and my boyfriend are late late night people but we do keep fairly quiet and mainly watch tv, play uno, and drink a few beers. The other two roommates keep slightly different schedules. one of the two roommates is hardly ever home and the other lives downstairs and has varied hours. Again, we are a calm bunch.

I live on an acre of land in Middleton (it a 10 min commute to nampa/caldwell/star), it sounds and looks like the middle of no where, but it's right off of hwy 44 so even going to boise is quick. It's a manufactured home, 3/br (one of which we've been using for storage) 2/ba; you'd have the bathroom to yourself and depending what room you liked best there is a small walk in closet. My boyfriend (26) and I (21) lease the place, so we wouldn't need you to sign anything like that. Smoking in the house is fine.

The only bills in the house are rent and electric. Electric to be split in half, and rent would be $400

We have a puppy, german/aussie shepard, 10wks old and the little hellion is cute as hell lol He definitely looks like he'll grow into a big dog, so you'd have to be comfortable with that. (Would not expect you to ever watch him)

We don't party practically ever, though we would have no problem with an occassional party. During the summer actually we rented a 18ft blow up waterslide for 3 days, that i'm totally looking forward to doing again!! We both smoke, but only drink rarely. We live really relaxed out here, neighbors are far away so theres plenty of peace and quiet.
