Office Assistant Job Description:
Aerotek Professional Services has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with at least 3 years experience.
This person will be responsible for answering a multiple-line phone, routing calls, building spreadsheets, filing, faxing and handling general office duties. Should type at least 40 WPM.
Again, successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience working in a professional environment and should have solid office skills.
